CIGRE Austria NGN Get2gether on Wednesday, April 17^th 2024 at Vienna Technical University where the whole Austrian CIGRE community meets and especially the young professionals are presenting their work.

Agenda 17th of April 2024:

• 3-4 pm:    Annual general meeting
• 4-5:30 pm:    CIGRE Austrian NGN Input: keynote, student presentations
• 5:30 pm:        Networking (food and drinks included)

it’s our pleasure to invite you to our CIGRE Austria Get2gether & Austrian CIGRE Conference on Tuesday, January 28^th 2025 at OVE, Eschenbachgasse 9, 1010 Vienna where the whole Austrian CIGRE community meets and discuss current topics.

• 1-2 pm:    General Assembly
• 2-5 pm:    Austrian CIGRE Conference: keynote, study committee presentations
• 5 pm:        Networking (food and drinks included)

Austrian National Committee announces it‘s first funding call for young CIGRE scientists aiming for supporting the participation in international CIGRE community community (conferences, colloquia, Session…)

2nd call for 2024:

The following packages are available (lump sum):

1 – CIGRE Europe Package € 400,-

2 – CIGRE International Package € 900,-

3 – Package for the 2024 Paris Session € 1.300,-

How to apply?

When using the template, please fill in completely incl. content reasoning and economic justification.

Open call:

starting with 1st of January 2024 (first come-first serve and limited budget)

Process:

•The decision will be done by reviewers from CIGRE Austria

•Time for reviewing an application takes 3 weeks

•Each participant can apply only once each funding periode

•After participation hand in the following documents in order to receive the funding: proofof confirmation, template for refund

Obligations for funding recipients:

•Proof of participation

•willingness to present content-related contributions as part of the CIGRE AT conference (or similar after the funded activity)
